There is a typo in mrc-converter-suite-1225.zip created by a 1P user and I couldn't get that work. I wonder how many potential users were lost due to the small amount of Import from PW managers. I hope you can add many more "Import from" other PW managers.
#Keepassx import from lastpass series
You have 500+ employees and adding more "In January 2022, 1Password raised a $620 million Series C round led by Iconiq Growth, increasing the company's valuation to $6.8 billion." I just can't believe the small number of imports from other PW managers. I just tried re-importing the secondary KeePass database into my primary database.I have used KeePass since the very beginning, and I am VERY familiar with anything to-do with KP, but we are moving to 1P for myself and wife. This is with your posted Dev Snapshot installed: but I'm not 100% positive if I had imported the 2nd database since then and before installing the Dev Snapshot today. The favicon cleanup was done a week or two back. I would expect that to erase or overwrite a few entries though and not delete out the entire destination folder.
#Keepassx import from lastpass update
OR possibly from trying to cleanup the FavIcons within the Source database (it seemed to be saving duplicates, so I had tried to revert all the entries to default icons and the update the favicons in pieces and watch which times duplicates appeared). Note: I don't know if this is related to the new version of the Application itself. I understand I may be in enough of a minority that it would not be worth pursuing.Īnd to update the previous scenario with actual testing. Is this just a difference in processing because one is a CSV file and one is another KeePass database? Is it possible to have that same 'link' remembered for the imports of other file types, or is that really getting too involved to be worth it?

It seems to know the right primary folder and subgroups to compare/import, even when the name of the database does not equal the name of the primary folder. (Now I starting doing this so long ago, I cannot recall if I had to move the folders to their own folder initially or not.) But I do know that if I re-import that database, I can choose 'update if newer and apply deletes' and I never have to worry about moving folders again.

There is a secondary KeePass database that I will occasionally import into my database file, as a backup. I know I can just copy the imported folders back over the LP folders, but I'm mostly just curious about why this happens. If I re-import the CSV I get the following:

The general names work for LastPass sorting, but can be a bit too vague when mixing into the more detailed grouping and naming in KeePass. I didn't notice until a bit after I posted my last comment, that actually, once I had imported the LastPass CSV, I had moved all the folders into their own LastPass folder (as I have grouped many other primary categories for subfolders of other passwords). Thank you so much! That works great! (and sorry for the delay, I don't use RSS feeders but couldn't find a way to get an email notification if a topic I created/was tracking was updated)
